Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work in an environment focused on improving individual functional ability and enhancing quality of life for patients recovering from various conditions.

Position Information

• Role: RN
• Specialty: Rehabilitation (Med/Surg)
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Required Certifications: RN licensed in State, BLS (CPR) Certification
• Years of Experience: 2
• Float Requirements: Within units in the facility

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 81 private rooms
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6/7 days and 1:8 nights; Each Nurse has a dedicated Technician
• Equipment: Epic EHR
• Patient Population: Adults aged 18 and older

Hiring Profile

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Relevant RN experience in rehabilitation settings
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries, and multiple trauma
• Personality Fit: Must be flexible, collaborative, and possess a positive demeanor
• Required Education: RN Certification
