Position Overview

Work Schedule

The Physical Therapist will work Monday to Friday, with a standard 8-hour workday.

Facility Setting

This role is based in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital with a total of 40 beds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and enhance functional mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
