Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and contributing to an effective and compassionate healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in clinical status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.

Work Environment

This position may require working in fast-paced settings and involves potential exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials. Full support and training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
