Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on outpatient therapy, with occasional inpatient care. This position requires a commitment to enhancing patient care and supporting the recovery process for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.

Position Overview

This role involves evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments to patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and self-care strategies.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Experience with joint replacement and musculoskeletal conditions such as back, neck, and shoulder pain is essential.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
• Valid state licensure for Physical Therapy practice.

Work Schedule

This is a day shift position, with a weekly guarantee of 37.5 hours. Weekend hours will be required on a 1:4 basis.

Additional Information

• Dress Code: Scrubs of any color are acceptable.
• Patient-to-therapist ratios are strictly maintained at 1:1.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient therapy preferred.
