Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesia Tech to join our dynamic Surgical Services team. This position involves providing crucial support in the anesthesiology unit, ensuring the safe and effective administration of anesthesia during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Assist anesthesia providers with procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Adhere to established protocols and standards of care.
• Monitor and manage anesthesia delivery and patient responses during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift: 5×8 hours (07:00 – 15:00)
• Night Shift: 5×8 hours (23:00 – 07:00)
• Block schedules are required.
• On-call shifts during nights and weekends are mandatory.

Expected Ratios

The position will maintain a 1:1 patient-to-tech ratio.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Anesthesia Tech or in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Certification or relevant training in anesthesia technology is a plus.

Additional Information
