Job Details

• Unit: Social Work
• Shift Length: 10 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Notes: 10 hour days
• Weekend Requirement: Rotating
• Holiday Requirement: N/A

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 2 years
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • NE CSW License required
• Education:
  • BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) for office role
  • MSW (Master of Social Work) required for inpatient settings

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform discharge planning and care coordination for patients.
• Manage a caseload of less than 40 patients per day.
• Work effectively within inpatient and emergency room environments.
• Utilize Epic for electronic medical records.

Additional Information

• Department Specific Orientation: Onsite and via online meetings.
• EMR Experience: Epic required.
• InterQual or Milliman Experience: Not required.
