Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. The role involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Previous nursing experience preferred, with specialization relevant to the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required.

Schedule

This position requires availability to work every third weekend.
