Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and assess patient conditions in critical situations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered.
• CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification knowledge required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
