Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices. This position requires a commitment to healthcare excellence and compliance with established protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and needs.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement nursing interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
