Behavioral Health Specialist

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for behavioral health positions. The successful candidate must be committed to providing high-quality care to individuals with behavioral health needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess patient behavior and report any changes to the treatment team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications and licenses as required for the position.
• Experience in behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Orientation Information

Orientation sessions are held biweekly on Mondays or Tuesdays. Attendance is mandatory for all new hires. Please ensure you are available for the scheduled orientation before applying.

• December: 12/7, 12/14, 12/28
