Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing quality care and support to our residents during day shifts.

Shift Details

• Days: 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break
• Schedule:
• 1st Week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
• 2nd Week: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes
• Assist in daily living activities to ensure patient comfort
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Matrix)
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Must have a Pennsylvania Department of Aging Fingerprint Clearance letter on file
• Proven reliability and commitment to patient care

Additional Information

• Guaranteed hours: 32 hours per week
• Shifts may be canceled occasionally if permanent staff pick up additional hours (not frequent)
