Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will support patient care through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and documentation, ensuring all actions and decisions adhere to the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately document care in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
• Monitor patient reactions to treatments and medications, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.

Schedule

This position offers a 34.5/46 rotation with flat overtime for 13 weeks. An ASAP start is preferred, with a schedule of every other week.
