Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care, collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and safety.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred; experience in relevant specialty areas is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be necessary depending on specialty area.

Schedule

This position requires availability to work Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
