Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This position requires a candidate with experience in either detox or emergency services. The ideal applicant will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Assist with patient triage and prioritize care based on medical necessity.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department or detox setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred.
• Compliance with relevant state and national guidelines, including the Tennessee Abuse Registry checks.

Additional Information

Orientation for this position occurs weekly on Mondays. Candidates are expected to be available to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance. Only those who meet the certification and experience requirements will be considered for this role.
