CT Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. This position is essential for providing high-quality imaging services within an acute care environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images as per protocol.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate radiologic equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document imaging procedures and patient information accurately in electronic health records.

Work Schedule

• Thursdays and Fridays: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays: 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• On-call requirement: 2-4 nights per month

Expected Ratios

• Patient-to-technologist ratio of 1:1

Special Requirements

• Block schedules are required for this position.
• No approval for 48-hour shifts.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess relevant experience and training in CT imaging, along with appropriate certifications to operate imaging equipment in a healthcare setting.
