Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency environment.

Shift Details

• Shift Type: Days
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekends: Rotating schedule with other staff

• Unit: Emergency Room (ER)
• Unit Type: Emergency Services

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and prioritize patient conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and treatment accurately using electronic health records.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency room or similar setting.
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Prior travel experience and excellent references are necessary.
• EPIC experience is preferred.

Additional Information

This role does not require on-call duties. The schedule involves rotating weekends as part of teamwork and staffing needs.
