Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trauma Level Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions.
• Recognize and address patients’ needs and concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments and care in the EPIC charting system.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license (state-specific).
• Experience in trauma nursing or critical care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical record systems, specifically EPIC.
