Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Emergency Room team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their treatment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care instructions.
• Assist in emergency procedures and provide critical care when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health standards.

Shift Details

This position requires working 3 nights per week, specifically 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility is essential, and staff may be scheduled for every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records systems.
