Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a telemetry unit, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients while closely monitoring their vital signs and overall health condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required.
• Previous telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

This position offers day shifts with a 4×12-hour schedule from 07:00 to 19:30. Candidates should be prepared for flexibility in their scheduling.
