Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Shift Details

• Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Hours: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
• No call required
• Floating to other units may be required
• Block scheduling is possible

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a Medical Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 6:1.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize the electronic medical record system, MEDHOST, for patient documentation and data entry.
• Engage in wound care and telemetry management as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Wound Care is necessary.
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Dress Code

Scrubs must be dark navy blue.
