Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking to make a difference in the lives of residents in a long-term care setting.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 4×12 Variable (Days or Nights based on facility needs)
• Duration: Traveler’s Choice for 26 or 13 weeks
• Patient Ratios: 1:20
• Years of Experience Required: 1 year
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Skills Required: Long term care experience
• Floating Required: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
• Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks

Requirements

• Active Alaska RN license is required.
• All caregivers must obtain the Alaska Food Worker Certification during orientation. A one-time certification fee applies.
• No locals accepted; candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Preference for candidates willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted with application; no more than 2 weeks of RTO will be considered for a 26-week contract.
