ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule: 48 hours per week
• Day shifts: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Every other weekend commitment is required
• Overtime may be available after 48 hours

Duration

This position is for a 13-week assignment, with a possible extension based on performance and facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care options.

Qualifications

• Must possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Prior experience in an ICU setting is required.
• Cerner experience is preferred.
• Candidates must have a permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Any color scrubs are acceptable for this position.
