Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is essential for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and protocols.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Notes

• LPN rate is also available for qualified candidates.
• This position does not include on-call or call-back responsibilities.
• A backout/quit fee may apply if notice is not given in a timely manner.
