Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF RN) for night shifts. This position requires working four twelve-hour shifts each week, guaranteeing 36 hours of work.

Shift Details

• Shift: Nights (6 PM – 6 AM)
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday

Unit Information

This role is located in a managed unit within a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The facility does not utilize specific time tracking systems.

Responsibilities

The LTC/SNF RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members is essential to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification

Additional Information

This position does not require on-call duties or call back responsibilities. Furthermore, appropriate notice must be provided in case of resignation to avoid penalties.
