LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves working in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, providing high-quality care to residents during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor the health status of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards in all activities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in LTC/SNF settings.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Shift Details

This position requires working the night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.
