Skilled Nursing Position

Overview

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday with weekends as needed
• No weekend rotation
• Possibly floating between locations

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care and support to residents.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment for residents.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
