Skilled Nursing Position

Overview

This role involves providing high-quality care in a 115-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in both long-term and short-term rehabilitation.

Schedule

Shift hours are set at 40 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday schedule supplemented by weekend rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care to residents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess relevant licensure or certification for the role.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred.
