Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents while working within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, any 5 days with weekend rotation.
• Float Requirement: Willingness to float to neighboring locations if necessary.
• Facility Capacity: 252 bed skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
