Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at a company-owned facility. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our established rehab department, working in collaboration with a supportive nursing staff.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 35 hours per week
• No weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure or certification as required in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
