Skilled Nursing Position

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a skilled nursing facility that specializes in post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation, as well as long-term and respite care. Our organization is committed to meeting the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury, and we are proud to be a community partner with recognized quality standards.

Job Details

• Salary placement fee: 10%
• Salary range: $28 – $34
• Work hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and individualized care for residents recovering from illness or injury.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote residents’ independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure quality outcomes.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
• Engage with families and support them in understanding the care process.

Qualifications

• Valid and active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving residents’ quality of life.
