Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a 101-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting equipped with new technology. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Details

• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Schedule: Every other weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and execute care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and treatment plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
