Job Details

This is a full-time role that involves working primarily across two facilities located close to each other, providing support in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care environments. The position offers a consistent schedule, with a focus on weekdays to enhance work-life balance.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days a week
• No weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
• Attend to the daily needs of residents while promoting their dignity and independence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and support.
• Participate in activities that engage residents and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude toward residents.
