Assisted Living Caregiver

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Caregiver to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in a beautiful assisted living community known for its outstanding reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Help manage medication reminders and health monitoring.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Help with meal preparation and dining assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to provide individualized care plans.
• Willingness to assist at another location as needed.

Work Schedule

This position offers a consistent schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend rotation required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Must be willing to assist at a second location as necessary.
