Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 30-hour workweek
• No weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
