Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will demonstrate clinical excellence and compassion while providing high-quality patient care in various settings.

Role Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health conditions.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a registered nurse is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
