Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents in accordance with care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and their families on health management and care plans.

Work Schedule

The position involves full-time hours with a schedule of Monday to Friday. There is no weekend rotation required.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a skilled nursing facility with a tranquil setting and a capacity of 80 beds, providing ample opportunity for meaningful engagement with residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
