Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Rotations: No weekend rotation
• Facility Size: 66 beds

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Monitor residents’ health, documenting changes and communicating them to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
