Position Details

• Salary Placement Fee: 10% of salary
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotation

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Monitoring patients’ conditions and responding promptly to changes in their health status.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance quality of care.
• Educating patients and their families about health management and care procedures.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
