Caregiver

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide personal care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidates will have a strong desire to enhance the quality of life for our clients while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition management.
• Assist with light housekeeping and household management tasks.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Record and report any changes in client health to appropriate personnel.
• Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Must pass a background check and any additional screenings as required.
