Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties and monitor patient respiratory status.
• Participate in emergency response and code situations.
• Engage in rapid response activities as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Schedule and Availability

• Position may float between units.
• Weekend shifts are required, with every other weekend scheduled.
• Block schedules are implemented.
• 48-hour shifts are approved.

Patient Ratios

Expected staff-to-patient ratio is 1:11.

Qualifications

• Washington State Respiratory Care License in hand is required.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
