Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position will require the therapist to float between units and actively participate in providing comprehensive respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across various units.
• Engage in floor care, emergency response, and rapid response protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to codes and emergencies as required.

Schedule and Requirements

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Block schedules are required and approved for this position.
• Every other weekend availability is necessary.
• A Washington state license is required to be in hand upon application.
• The expected patient-to-therapist ratio is 1:11.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Washington state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
