Cath Lab Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in radiology and cardiology, with experience in catheterization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Maintain and prepare equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Document procedures accurately in the patient’s medical records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab setting required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This position includes day shifts of 4×10 hours, with a requirement to work two nights weekly, unless scheduled on the weekend, which occurs every third weekend.
