Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab unit. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the cath lab environment, particularly in circulating and documenting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Cath Lab, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.
• Circulate and document procedures effectively and accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotations, with expectations of every other weekend availability, and additional on-call days during the week.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation with required scores for competency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a permanent Cath Lab position.
• Current and valid Ohio nursing license or compact nursing license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Experience with Epic electronic health records system is mandatory.
• Flexibility to work holidays as required.

Schedule

This position operates on a day shift schedule, consisting of four 10-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
