CNA – Long Term Care / Transitional Care

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a Long Term Care and Transitional Care setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.

Key Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 8-hour Day Shifts
• Staffing Ratios: 1:15-25
• Years of Experience Required: 1 Year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Certifications Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Floating Requirement: Yes, typically 3 shifts/24 hours in TCU, with additional time floating to other areas
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period

• Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
• No additional scheduling restrictions will be accepted.
