Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatments
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Applicants for the Registered Nurse position must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Previous nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred
