Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an acute care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Shift Availability

Variable shifts are available, including:

• 12:00 AM – 3:30 AM
• 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Work hours will total between 36 to 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Licensing:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, per policy, is required.
• Department-Specific Certifications:
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC-ALS) is required.
  • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or American Red Cross Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ARC-PALS) is required.

Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with EPIC electronic health records is also required.
