Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) nursing to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to best practices and professional standards.

Shift Information

• Shift Hours: 7 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 hours scheduled per week, with 24 hours guaranteed
• One shift cancellation allowed per week
• Must be willing to float to similar units or other locations as needed

Weekend Requirements

Weekend work schedule will be determined by the facility’s needs.

On Call Requirements

On-call requirements will be determined by the facility’s needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to emergencies and manage patient care effectively.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room nursing experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months (required).
• Active Arizona state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (required).
• No legal hits on state license (required).
• Current certifications for BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS from recognized vendors (required).
• Driver’s license to verify residency (required).
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
