Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room (ER) setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of ER experience, with at least 12 months of recent clinical practice.

Shift and Scheduling

• Scheduled shifts from 4 PM to 4:30 AM.
• 36 hours scheduled per week with 24 hours guaranteed.
• Willingness to float between multiple locations is required, primarily between two designated facilities.
• Weekend requirements will be determined by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients within the Emergency Room.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience required.
• Recent clinical experience within the past 12 months.
• Active Arizona nursing license free of any state violations is mandatory.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
