Registered Nurse (RN)
Role Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring effective communication with patients and their families. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient health problems and needs.
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Educating patients and their families on health management.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
Qualifications
To be considered for the Registered Nurse (RN) position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Previous nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
