Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. The LVN will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and other departments to provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to residents.

Position Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid California nursing license with good physical and mental health.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Good physical stamina, capable of walking, bending, lifting, and performing manual skills required for patient care.
• Ability to tolerate and manage potentially challenging behaviors from patients, including confusion and possible verbal or physical aggression.
• Adaptable with a willingness to follow directions, grasp new concepts, and accept changes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Dependable and reliable with a history of good attendance.
• Strong assessment skills and resourceful in emergency situations.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
